The Features of Production Line
● A
new generation product with the intermittent reciprocating filling
patent can ensure high output for large volume products and the filling
accuracy at the same time.
● According
to the characteristics of disparity of shape, Waddled, various of
specification for the shaped bottle of Biochemistry Diagnostic Reagent,
bottle holders used for adjust the bottle neck to the same level and the
same outer dimension of working astrolabe, so that no parts needed to
be changed when shifting the different specification of products (if the
same cap specification)
● o choose a reasonable measurement method according to customer’s requirement such as: peristaltic pumps, plunger pumps, piston pumps, etc.
● Automatic cap fetching,cap delivering driven by the precise cam cooperate with the lifting cam for the capping unit perfectly, which makes the precise capping with a reliable quality stability.
● Different bottles with the fixture at the bottle bottom could be adjusted to same height and to work on the same astrolabe so as to complete the filling capping work without changing any spare parts. ( Under the condition the cap dimensions are exactly the same.).
● The machine is adopted with the precise servo technology to control the capping torsion.
● CIP and SIP and the relevant system units are optional to customers’ requirement. 100 Laminar FFU is also optional.
● The equipment mainly adopts the SUS304, Aluminum Alloy, non-toxic polymer material. Pharmaceutical grade polymer materials or 316L stainless steel are used for the filling needles. The whole production line meets GMP requirements.
● The filling production line could be customized with a speed range from 25 bottles/min to 80 bottles/min or even higher output.
